Shipping Information

All orders are processed and normally shiped from Florida via USPS Priority Mail within 5 business days. We carefully package your order to protect it and ensure a safe delivery. Express processing is available (same business day) for an additional charge of $6.00.

We include a free tracking number on all orders!

International Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated after your order is placed. You will receive an e-mail containing the final shipping amount. Please indicate your preferred method, either surface or air mail on the order form. Surface mail will cost less, however it will take at least 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Air mail costs more and usually arrives within 1 - 2 weeks.

Product Availability/Backorders

Price and item availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all items shown on our website are readily available for immediate shipping. Items that are not in stock are temporarily removed from the site. Occasionally, however, overlapping orders deplete our stock before we can adjust the website. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and give you the choice of removing the item from your order (which will be shipped as normal), or placing it on back-order to be mailed at our expense as soon as possible.
